I had thought the bread contained large amounts honey due to its gooeyness and sweet taste. But the man says that its due to the soy flour used which I was surprised.       ... zijn doperwten aan het rooien. Laat doperwten nou een van mijn favoriete groenten zijn. Dus even vragen en we kopen ze zo van het veld. Een zak vol, genoeg voor twee maaltijden, dat is smullen die avond. Dit is het gebied van klimmen en dalen, over de vulkaanruggen. Even voor de liefhebbers, de teller staat voor Mexico op 3.327 km en 35.544 mtr geklommen.

      ... serving international cuisines. Where is this Italian Coffee House from anyways? It´s like the Starbucks of Mexico with one on every corner. Puebla struck us as being a very lovely city, lovely except for minor pollution problem. I hope UNESCO will make them ban cars from the streets like they did in Lijiang. The colectivo picked us up at the corner of 13 Norte and 4 Pontiente for Cholula. We only paid 5 pesos each for the 30 minute ride which dropped us off ...

      ... looking a bit crazy but who cares). Then i took a bus and went to Puebla, where I meet Amelia, and then we went to Cholula, where she lives. It is a very nice village, and I guess we were almos the only "güeras" (white girls) there. Amelia introdusce me in the "Pan Dulce" eating, what has been our diet since then ("pan Dulce" is "bolleria" in spanish, kind of muffins and staff). I discovered that Mexicans (at least there) go out at night to drink Chololate or Cofee...not ...
