... google map and a general idea of where we wanted to go. Needless to say we got lost but in the end found the hostel (except the name on the doorbell did not match the name of the hostel.) This hostel seems more like a hotel, we have our own room but share a bathroom. There's no common room or kitchen or anything like that but it was pretty cheap, so no complaints here. Again, we're across the road from another market! ...

... Spanish woman. It was fantastic. She gave us a short tour of the city between stops, and eventually we arrived in La Plaza Mayor. This is a big, open square which I recognized from pictures the second we walked into it. We met some Germans at a bar lined with bull-heads and ate calamari bocadillos with our cervezas at another.

Eating calamari is apparently something I do now. At least Spanish Haley does... Oh, how Europe can change a ...

... The boy I got was super keen though; but we didn't want to make it girly so Kevin, Nat and I drew a spider web, then the most vocal of the crying boys started crying again because he was jealous and wanted a spider web on his face!

Back in class we discovered that no teacher had actually turned up! In sport; the boys went in the hall with the teacher and the girls went in the gym ...
