... but we never made it !!! We did get up to the castle and that was pretty cool. Lunch was calling instead, so we found a place, cracked the wine and waited for Maxi to finish work. Once he was done, he came over, more wine flowed and we spoke ******** in English/Spanish and even Spanglish !!!

... really knowing what it is. But, it is advertised everywhere. Like big-****in time! So, we went to a fancier restaurant and both ordered it. All I can say is "Yuck!". It's a dish with spiced rice (cumin, I think) mixed with a bunch of trash ingredients and then baked. It's like whatever they had left over, they threw into the mix - like chicken bones (aka: wings), mussels and chicken and shrimp. Truly disgusting.
