Day 28 - Madrid Tuesday 09-10-12 Culture time - Museo Nacional del Prado. To say that the Prado is impressive is a gross understatement. The building is magnificent, the main corridor with it's high vaulted ceilings and spaces leading off the sides creates a fantastic experience. The collection is enormous, with the who's who represented. There's a statue of Goya at the entry so you know that there's bound to be a few of his works ...

Es ist 19.00Uhr und ich habe gerade einen Cortado (Espresso mit wenig Milch) bei Alberto genossen.Es ist eine süße kleine Wohnung im Stadtteil Lavapies unterm Dach und es ist nicht heiß! Weil viele Fenster Durchzug schaffen.Alberto ist sehr hilfsbereit. Jetzt muss er weg um einen Dokumentarfilm über die Situation der Einwanderer im Stadtteil zu drehen.

James headed off back to Manchester on Sunday giving us reason to leave the house and indulge a little once more… just a quick side track to say a massive thanks to Señor Clayson for coming out… I really was well and truly surprised :)
