... that they wanted to see the Real Madrid football stadium so we took the metro to the outskirts of town and found that there were going to be a series of charity matches playing that night with tickets available! I have to admit that this was going to be my first soccer match ever... don't know the rules and definitely didn't know the players- but a good experience to have in Madrid!
