... see us until tomorrow. We sat in the sun in her garden for a lovely chat and a cuppa. Later we booked into our Hotel, Kings Lodge room 10. Single beds! Well we will have to make the best of that! After unpacking we had a glass of Prosecco in the bar? When will we learn...they cost £8 each! It's a beautiful evening and only a short walk to the town of Durham. A travel blog entry by 572014 on Jul 07, 2014

Initial plan is to take Mum and whoever to have a look round the shops in Portsmouth.

Then back to Bognor maybe via Southsea, Southbourne, Chichester, Merston etc.

Back way via the pub.

No Pompey just trip to see Dad - as mad as a hat needs lots of looking after will spend a lot of time with him next couple of weeks.

Went to Pompey another day - save it for Doug and Linda

Victory, a 18th century war ship most known for its role in the Battle of Trafalgar against the Napoleon navy. The hero of the battle, Lord Nelson, died on the deck of the Victory where a plaque ...
