    ... There are now about 100 Paradors across Spain and they now tend to be quite luxurious and expensive - as opposed to when my Mom and Dad traveled Spain in the 60's. However, we grabbed a great last minute deal at the Parador in Guadalupe and have been luxuriating for two days.
