... overjoyed by the climate (25 degrees and sunny), and the city was very Melbourne-like with many cafes and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

After checking into our hostel we immediately took a colectivo one hour away to the nearby town of Alta Gracia, a beautiful little colonial town with some lovely open parks and plazas, most famous as the childhood home of Che Guevara. ... our class with other volunteers when I realized that this was not a closed session but an open one!!! For those of you who have never been to a Tango/Salsa club in South America this means the class will be made up of a. lots of local ladies who make Beyonce look like she has two left feet and b. men who can shimmy better than me!!

So, as we were herded into rows, the music started and our instructor started shouting directions at us....in SPANISH!!! Now, ...
