... popular the opera house is quite massive. It turns out that we will be listening to a symphonic orchestra . Not really my thing if I am honest but enjoy taking in the beautiful opera house and even enjoy listening to the orchestra as a lot of the music seems a bit different to normal. ... made it back to the hostel and sweet Hannah made eggplant parmesan for dinner. And yes, it was definitely as good as it sounds.

The brings me to today. Today we fiiiiiiinally went to the museums and art galleries around town. SOMETHING to show me what Córdoba is really like.
It was great. We visited an underground Jesuit crypt, a gothic church and a couple art galleries, and a few other things.

On our way south from Salta we stopped at Cafayte. As the town is famous for its wine we did what any responsible adult should do and hired some bikes in search of its notoriety. 4 vineyards and loads of free wine later I was chatting ´fluent´ Spanish whilst smelling and swirling like a profesional. I though I´d dispel any English stereotypes so mentioned smoky and pretended to find far away flavours.
