      ... Well, I won't pass up free money. We had a celebratory steak for lunch. It was good, but nothing revolutionary. Next step was to find a hostel. It ended up being a great spot right across the street from a microbrewery. We had excellent beer for dinner and a pizza for dessert, then called it a night.       After a rest on the grass and street shows, I walked up to the mirador. Not easy, but worth the effort.

      As you can imagine , today has been a day of getting organized around yesterday’s problem including paperwork. Since we arrived so late last night and without a car, we skipped dinner. It was a hot (though fairly short) climb up so we relaxed at the cafe at the top with a fruit lolly each and took in the amazing vistas - certainly worth the hike, or probably even the 70 pesos for the chairlift for those on less of a budget.
