    ... there were still 5 hours of daylight left to fill, so I decided to go out to Lake Gutierrez. I ended up walking through the forest trail with a whole host of others, and quickly found myself at a set of waterfalls.     ... The Hidden Lake. Towards the end of the cycle, which took all afternoon, we stopped at a restaurant and cerveceria called Gilberts, which was built in the style of a Swiss ski chalet. They provided us with some delicious beers and an excellent tapas board.     ... nearly tipped forward but they came side on and a majority of the passengers flipped out. It was then all hands to the deck to try to rescue those overboard. We got 2 in our boat pretty quickly. Simon our safety kayaker as well as the other companies kayaker rescued the rest.
