    Monday Arrived on train from antwerp in the afternoon. Wandered around, although raining and windy. Found lots of gf places to eat - pancakes, bagels, pasta, macdonalds even has gf hamburgers!!     Amsterdam is by far the coolest city I've ever been to. After almost missing our train stop from the screwy change in time zones, we finally met up with Kyla and Jo at Centraal Station. The houseboat "Minties" was not too far away where we... stayed on a houseboat!

    ... very peculiar but sucsessful way in dealing with problems but this method introduced helped to reduce the use of hard drugs by over 50% in the first 3 years.
