My last two days in Tenerife

    ... night!

Though many of my friends decided to go out for one last night of fun, many more decided not to, along with me, since most of us have very early flights to catch tomorrow. I got to say some really hard goodbyes, hug some of the most incredible people I've ever met for the final time and share last laughs. ... ocean floor wasn't even visible anymore--one of the most terrifying/liberating things I've ever done. Luckily the current wasn't that strong where we were, so we all made it out and back to the shore. I had a really good time with the other fellows, and I got an awesome work out and tan, so it was a successful beach day for sure! We had lunch at this little restaurant about an hour away from the beach, where we ate fried chicken and potatoes. It was one of the best meals we've eaten ...

... issues that are usually accompanied by a number of secondary symptoms. For example, we saw a patient who had depression (normally treated by a psychiatrist), but who was found on the floor of her apartment, suffering from a heart attack. She was morbidly obese, and had type 2 diabetes. In order to make sure this patient was appropriately treated, she was sent to the inpatient unit of internal medicine, since she had so many health problems that needed tending to. I ...
