      Back home

... grateful. I love my house, my dog, my car. It's good to be back.

It also makes me think about how long I'd need when revisiting a place - I'd say a full week in Argentina is fine. Two weeks and we could go to another city (Mendoza).
A week was short for Santiago/Valpo. Three days was enough for Valpo but Santiago deserves some more.
We did not get to explore the eastern part of Providencia neighborhood, didn't even touch on El Golf. Did not get ...

      Driving, Day One!

A travel blog entry by dreamkeepr18 on Mar 05, 2015

I enjoyed driving through Wisconsin over hitting Illinois and the multiple tolls. I took 94 out past Madison, then went south. Saw adverts for House on the Rock and Cave of the Mounds. :( No more for me.

I turned southwest and suddenly hit Dubuque! I had previously been there with my family maybe more than five years ago? It looked familiar, saw the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium (which was really quite cool), and the ...

Of course I woke up about every hour to some freaky turbulence. Checking our flight path which would cycle through our scary location over ocean and time remaining to landing.

Oh and I didn't mention that Nick woke up with a cold, aches, and runny nose. So I wore a face mask on the planes!

      Back at Blue Ox

A travel blog entry by pykesonthego on Aug 13, 2014

We got back here yesterday, picked up the car, complete with new baseplate, and we were trained in how to hook it up when we're ready to. This park is SOOO nice, with concrete pads, great power, internet, grass, and beautiful landscaping. And at ZERO cost, it sure can't be beat, even though it's in Pender!
Getting a tour of the Blue Ox Tow Products plant tomorrow.

A Town from my past - and a really nice Rv Park!

ARrived here this afternoon - our site was waiting for us, and tomorrow morning, we'll leave the Camaro here so Blue Ox can design and build a baseplate for it.
Very weird driving by Thurston Avenue this afternoon - spent way too many hot summer days and nights there visiting my exe's Aunt Nina!
