Played tourist all day at Billie Swamp Safari, also in the Indian Reservation. First, the air boat ride. Thrills but no spills; fortunate with alligators, bison and water buffalo around. Drove over an alligator, but apparently it often happens and he dives out of the way!

Then the bumpy but more leisurely Swamp Buggy ride on an elevated vehicle with huge wheels, around the ...

... enough for us to start living aboard, so we spent 2 nights at Paul & Linda Ledoux's condo. We are now living aboard and working hard waxing, cleaning, re-doing the teak etc. etc. We'll be here til after Thanksgiving working on a couple of projects that are best done while the boat is out of the water and then we'll head to Sunset Bay marina's mooring field in Stuart. We'll be in touch when we finalize our plans. HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!

... of Michael Gerber’s message follows. This was written in 2003 to give you an idea of how long I have been thinking about this.

          “IT’S A GOOD DAY TO DIE,” Aug.,2003

; A saying that comes from Nez Perce Indian warriors, who would spend their entire life time preparing to die.

For, to have lived so impeccably, so interested in the dignity of one’s own life and the lives of the people around them; ...
