... On the bus and we drive through Galle to the fort. Lunch is average, never eat at the Galle Fort Hotel. The fort is a fantastic mix of history and location. It has had a mixed history of owners from the Portuguese to the Dutch and English before being returned to the locals. Luckily at lot of the wall and buildings remain intact.
