... now 9) last year when they spent three months living in Napa (through their wonderful cousin Bea, who used to be Sam and Henry’s pre-school Spanish teacher). We also got to meet Carlos when he came to visit. It was a great reunion to arrive at a beachside restaurant and find them waiting for us. From there, we began our boat trip to the island of Dragonera, near the north west coast of Majorca. We had intended to explore a nearby beach which was recommended by a local, but after having had quite a few days of exploring recently, we drove straight to Es Trenc beach instead. People had told me that this was their favourite beach on the island... It's definitely nice. A very long, narrow beach with nice sand and sea. However, it seemed to be having ...

So the last day of our holiday.. we again had breakfast downstairs at the hostel and then packed up all our bags, put on our togs, vacated our rooms and went back to the beach.

We hired more deck chairs and umbrellas and then made ourselves most at home for the day. I think the only time we left the beach was to get ice cream and George and I went for lunch at a tapas place.

      I even had a ...
