We went on a required tour of Quanzhou, which is a city about 2 hours from Xiamen. Had to get out of bed at 7:30 in the morning. On a SATURDAY, which I found downright cruel. Basically we went to 2 or 3 Buddhist temples, which all start to look more or less the same: big statues, incense, and paintings.
