Damn, that alarm clock went off early. Yes, 4:15 am is early, but part of it is our own faults. Rather than doing the responsible thing and getting to sleep early on the night before a 6:30 am flight, my buddy Paul and I celebrate the start of our vacation by drinking beer and playing Rock Band on the Nintendo Wii until 2am. We figure we're gonna have some long plane flights ahead of us, so why not make ourselves as tired as we can? By that measure, we've already been successful. So, we get ...
Honolulu, Hawaii, United States carolinatim this doesn't count as the last swim in hawaii. with the highway no more than twenty feet behind and the bland chemical taste of chlorine in my mouth, i stare up at the four tall, empty coconut trees surrounding the concrete pool area of the hotel.

Weren't you supposed to be in Japan by now you say?

Finally one guest “Peter”, the biggest offender of all, according to Neptune, was brought in, laid on a cot, covered with a sheet while the doctor pretended operate on him, tossing out ham hocks as body parts . Peter’s transgressions included not ...
Honolulu, Hawaii, United States marwilt... managed to get up and make it to camp even though I had no desire to be with the kids. When I got there the kids were behaving badly again and I knew it was going to be a difficult day. We got all the kids together in the morning and went outside to do blitz (our morning song routine) and the kids were so distracting to one another that we only got through 4 of our 8 songs. After we got done with our blitz we got ready for our field trip for that day, which ...

Our tour was about 45 minutes away so some of us took the opportunity for a very quick tour of the ...

Had also the cocktail. Fun enough upon returning home, at about 9 pm, we both fell asleep. H on one of the beds in the first room and I in the sleeping room. Later I joined H and slept til like midnight. So I still have 3 hours left unused from my birthday J
Honolulu, Hawaii, United States barbiegood... there only to arrive after the markets were closed, so we didn't particularly enjoy ourselves, and preferred to catch the the bus to Waikiki and nap. Miguel and I had a post-nap sandwich each, whilst Kelly and Carlo went to the BBQ place across from our hotel for their late lunch /early dinner. The four of us visited the Food Pantry supermarket once again to buy a few things for breakfast, as well as for our island tour the following day.
Honolulu, Hawaii, United States mario.travels... it. I saw at least 3 cars with 1 or 2 person that were pulled over. We reached Hanauma Bay around 9AM. After paying the entrance fee we watched a movie and we walked down to the beach. It was a little crowded. Even though they told us after the movie to just "see not touch" a lot of people still touching the reef and try to touch the fish. There were even people standing on the reef. It was really upsetting. We had fun swimming and snorkeling in Hanauma Bay. We saw different ...
Oahu, Hawaii, United States bakasyonista... the ticket booth! "You can't go in there with your bag M'am!". I said "I know, I was just deciding whether to go in or not". "Well you can't go in there with your bag M'am". Oh god, this could go on for ages! I made my way over towards the Arizona entrance. The tour to this was free, so I decided to go back and put my bag in, which kept the nice lady happy! And went back to the Arizona entrance to see about tickets. They were handing out tickets for the ...
