... to dry figs on and make perfect kindling, but Seb's boss doesn't like to scratch his (expensive) car when (rarely) visiting the finca, so it was necessary to cut back the verges and my job to lop down these amazing plants. We've just celebrated Easter, with a fast amount of food! Three things seem important here. Gigantic platters of lamb, thick walled pastries and family. ... and freshness. I fell to conversation with another German walker on the bus home, he suggested the coast walk from the lighthouse, looping up to the 221 if you're able to find your way through. Nice thought. I'm really pleased with all the routes I've explored and Tommy, the Scot who cut my hair, couldn't come up with anywhere I'd obviously missed. I'd like to sketch the twisted olives that are being cut back in the valley.....and I do need to get going with the ...
