Anyhow, we emerged from the subway and instantly, we were surrounded by towering skyscrapers. Normally I have a brilliant sense of direction but here I had no idea where I was. Luckily, we managed to stumble into the building which housed our hostel.

Here, I would like to take you for a walk to a few lovely places in Shenzhen where you would meet many Chinese artists - young and old, students and masters, novices and professionals, the ones who do it for hobby and others for whom art is their bread&butter.
