    ... the food. Everyone gets what they want (often from a box full of raw meat) and jams it onto a two pronged fork. You then pull up a stool and sit around the barbecue until your food is done. Which is quite nicely communal although also a bit boring and hot.

    Today we walked down to the Star Ferry and went across to Hong Kong Island. It was a great ferry ride and only about 20 minutes.
    It's a cracking 35 degrees and we felt it.
