    ... with a suitcase from around the corner stuffed full of Grade 3 goods. We both did buy something eventually although telling would be cheating! I personally find haggling pretty hard because I don't expect people to lie to me which kind of defeats the purpose, but managed pretty well.

    So that was our trip back to China. It was so fun and quite relaxing to go to a different country for a day, like a mini holidays. I would definitely recommend a trip to Shenzhen.

    ... show is nothing spectacular, but still nice to see. Several buildings have synchronized their lights with the music that's playing.

    Afterwards we walked around for a bit, explored the Peninsula Hotel (Hong Kong's most prestigious hotel) and eventually found a nice restaurant for dinner. Here, we finally managed to get Peking Duck! The duck was good, although nothing compared to the one I had in Beijing. I'm afraid that after eating that one, I'm ruined for life...

    Somehow, we managed to lose the circuit and found ourselves forever climbing higher on a sealed road. We did try a couple of detours to check if we were going the right way or not only to find that the general trend is to put up a sign saying it is ‘Private Property’ at the top of flights of stairs rather than at the bottom.
