    ... at the lobby and caught the Star ferry to Kowloon. Rather old ferries that are all named something star, ours was Twinkling Star. Walked along the waterfront promenade where the Avenue of Stars is. There are heaps of plaques from Asian film stars, some with hand prints in them. Saw Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. There is even a statue of Bruce. Needless to say the Chinese tourists were going nuts with their cameras. The walk is well done. Also saw the clock tower, all that remains ...

    ... s speciality. Either way the sweet bun with dollops of vanilla sauce was delicious. All this after I'd spoken in the morning about Singapore's food strategy, reducing calories, etc. etc. etc. Michelin Moment #1 - conference dinner which was a 10 (yes TEN) course dinner with food from Ming, the hotel's 2* Michelin Cantonese restaurant - absolutely fab, and good wine too. Michelin Moment #2 - late lunch today at Tim Ho Wan (1 Michelin *). Super delicious dim sum. ...

    ... just coped with the nine hours to Hong Kong. Our next flight leaves in two hours and will be a pleasant 12 hours to Paris...too easy.
