    ... worrying that they were about to eat you. There was literally everything, from pandas to tigers! I then went on a patriotic journey through Victorian drawing rooms, to the aboriginal culture of my adopted homeland for the year. I embraced my love of Rome, overcame my fear of the creepy cat mummies, and admired the ancient Arabic cultural writings. If you ever happen to pop by Toronto to visit me, (just saying) you must go, it’s incredible!

    ... in Perth who previously lived in Oakville arranged that we stay with friends of theirs. We were warmly welcomed by this special family and given their basement to stay in. They live on about 18 acres which has some wooded areas - beautiful! The boys got to ride quad bikes and shoot a few targets. We even got to see a little chipmunk. They are the cutest creatures.     ... some properties near the lakeshore. While I was away for three years they have built a glut of condos many of which were sitting empty. One of the buildings we looked at we had our choice of brand new vacant units.

    6 rashers of bacon not over fried to a crisp 6!
    Sounds silly but those are 2 of my pet peeves when having breakfast in other countries.
    Also have you ever wondered why it is hotels seem to love giving you free coffee but will charge an arm and a leg for water?!?
