... we started stalking their shows around the park. I have not seen the kids laugh so much in so long.

At the end of the day the kids were not so keen on going to Magic Kingdom for the closing show, so we headed back to the resort for some swimming and arcade action.

A great end to a great holiday.

I had to carry Madi to First Aid in the first 10 mins with grazed knee, elbow and foot. A few band aids and a chocolate donut (the size of sandwich plate) later and she was ok again.

    ... busier parks.

The park opened at 8am, so after reading recommendations online, our aim was to get there an hour early as they usually let people in around half 7. However, if you're staying on-site at a Universal hotel, you can get in an hour earlier than this too. As the new Harry Potter section was in Universal Studios (the old one has been open a few years already in Islands of Adventure) we decided to head here first to try and get a good look ...

... pool has to be seen to be believed. I've never seen such a massive one, it wasn't freezing either. There are some gorgeous features around the edges of the pool with water falling from them. Nearby are at least 2 enormous slides. There are loungers all around the edge and I found a spot for my book and my sunhat and I was in. After drying off a little and reading, I decided it was definitely an occasion calling for a drink with an umbrella in it. I headed into the lobby ...
