Spring has sprung in Denton. The trees are leafing up, roses are blooming and wildfowers and birds are everywhere. I walked into Denton this morning, about 2.6km. On the way I found a little piece of Tibet. It is a yoga place so I will be going back there for at least one class, just for the atmosphere. I didn't stop to get another chilli coffee as the café was crowded, so that will be on the list for Monday and Tuesday.... Along the way I happened on 'Sleeping ...

Yep- gotta get a cholesterol check once we return ...

Generally I am a big proponent of slowing time down. I am not obsessed with trying to recapture my youth on live for eternity, it just seems like every year and every month is lived and chronicled as history quicker and quicker when I pause to reflect on where I'm at and where I have been. However, with my upcoming trip to Peru and Bolivia; I can't spin the hands of the clock fast ...

... the world of social media could be the last thing that I post. Would I be okay with my last post? My last picture? Daily dose of humor? My last words of encouragement? I've always desired to live a well-balanced yet inspirational life. And I do hope, and continue to aspire to be a person that gives all that I have to all who will receive so that when I close my eyes for the final time, I would have done so empty of all that God had given me. Well, that's all for now. Blessings, ...
