Spring has sprung in Denton. The trees are leafing up, roses are blooming and wildfowers and birds are everywhere. I walked into Denton this morning, about 2.6km. On the way I found a little piece of Tibet. It is a yoga place so I will be going back there for at least one class, just for the atmosphere. I didn't stop to get another chilli coffee as the café was crowded, so that will be on the list for Monday and Tuesday.... Along the way I happened on 'Sleeping ...

... and Spanish - Texas was a Spanish Colony until the 1800's. I found a great little coffee shop called 'Jupiters' which is a bit like 'The Sweat Shop' back in Townsville used to be. Loads of coffees, smoothies etc and a bohemian atmosphere. Uni students populate this place, all with their laptops, tablets out because it has free wifi. And the shops; there is a dress shop called La De Da where I could buy every dress!!! How unusual. Its sister shop next ...

Yep- gotta get a cholesterol check once we return ...

... travel time. Obviously the big leg is coming up at 16 hours on a plane. I'm not especially looking forward to that part. Flying makes me nervous and the longest flight I can remember taking has been stretches of 3 hours or so. My laptop and the in-flight entertainment are going to be my best friends, followed closely by the Zyquil I've packed. Still, I can't wait to get there.
