I had a nice supper of salmon, broccoli ...

My friend and I are in the production stage of a documentary we are independently producing: "The Life in Their War". It follows the survival story of an American reporter, a French civilian, and a Jewish-American soldier during WWII, how they lived their lives (or had to as a side effect of the war)..

Our soldier and our civilian interview went pretty much as expected. We received stories of horror and suffering and survival. Our interview with ...

... finally finished every pre-departure requirement, it has finally hit me that this is real; this is happening. I AM leaving for another continent and time zone in 12 days. I WILL be at this new location for four months, and it WILL be new and exciting. I really don't know how to feel about this yet. Also, every time people ask about my trip, it seems like i'm diminishing the potential awesomeness by retelling the story in it's watered-down version. I have a feeling i'm ...
