    January 1-Thursday—Up in time for breakfast and meet our friends there. Later off on a drive. It is very cold out and the wind is blowing, but the sky is blue. First stop was a place where the Pilgrims called First water. This is where they finally found fresh drinking water after landing on the coast at Provincetown area.     ... how things would work out for us if we were more relaxed about it. So we stayed an extra night, loaded up on supplies and decided to go with our original plan of heading to Sedona next. We still weren't sure where to stay or what to do so we thought we would just drive to Red Rock State Park and work out the details there. We were still disappointed in ourselves for being so indecisive, but also hopeful that we would get better at this as we went along, so off we went.
