... arrived, we found that we were an Air France (flight 0006) Airbus 380 which held 508 passengers. All of them seemed to be standing by the gate waiting to board. Surprisingly, Air France had it very well organized and we were on board very quickly. Or scheduled 2 pm departure left the gate 20 minutes late. Estimated flying time would have us landing at JFK at 3:50 pm, 20 minutes early. Did I mention that we have two screaming babies on the ...

We arrived at Terminal 2, only to find out that we would be departing out of Terminal 4. Luckily our taxi driver didn't believe our boarding passes. Gate 35 soon became Gate 30, and the departure time went from 8:35 pm, to 9 pm, to finally 9:30 pm. There wasn't much traffic for ...

... this might be a sign of things to come for me in the next week.

Aerolineas Argentinas flight 1301 pulled away from the gate on time at 4:10 pm. Twenty minutes later we were airborne for our 11 hour flight to Buenos Aires. For Carolyn, Lauren and myself this will be our first time in South America. The forecast for the week calls for temperatures in the mid 70's to low 80's. While Buenos Aires looks to be dry, Mendoza on the other hand appears to have ...

... Park while walking their dogs. One a pit bull and the other a Brussels Griffon. Well it turns out that the Brussels Griffon was under our table and being secretly fed and watered by the women sitting next to me. She claimed that her dog stared in the movie "as good as it gets" and is allowed special access to the restaurant because of his celebrity status. The two women were lovely but gave the distinct impression they had had a few too many Martinis before coming out...
