Once I finished the race (and yes, it poured rain the entire time), we went for lunch. All in all, a great weekend and a fun race. I'm such a lucky girl to have my coach (Richard) with me for my 8th half marathon. I still can't believe that he's never missed one of my races (7 Marathons and 8 Halfs).
Since neither of us felt like an enormous breakfast, I checked Yelp (my favorite app for discovering good local restaurants no matter where I travel) and found a little bagel and coffee shop a half mile or so away from our hotel.
