    Finding Peace

... is one of God's greatest gifts to me). I was at peace while serving in New York; uncomfortable but at peace. I could not find peace in Germany and thus decided to cut my mission short. The night I decided to come home early was the only night I slept peacefully the whole trip. I love Germany and I love the people I met but God had a *********** I needed to learn. It took me flying thousands of miles ...

    Greetings everyone,

OK, so I cheated. This isn't really an exciting travel update. It's a request to view my fundraising website and send it on to as many people as you know. You can even send it to people that you don't know! :-) As long as they are interested in learning more about pygmy hippos, and maybe supporting my research!

Not much to tell really. Trains here seem very efficient, certainly easier than getting to an airport. We had a "Roomette" booked which gave us 2 seats, a toilet & washbasin in our own little cubicle, emphasis on little. No really it wasn't that bad, just cozy, especially once the beds were made up, the 2 seats converted into 1 bunk for Fran, & another bunk was lowered down from the ceiling. Dinner, breakfast & lunch were served in the dining ...

Week 9 - Florida vs. Georgia

... had been steadily escalating since Monday! My favorite part of it was that there were Florida fans mixed in with Georgia fans, and everybody was partying together and having a good time.

Remember, my basis for great tailgating is my time at Penn State in 1996 and 1997. This tailgate certainly rivaled that and is the best of the tour...so far. We're going to LSU next week. Rating - 10 of 10.
