A travel blog entry by patdowers on Nov 05, 2014

Arrived sydney airport 8.37am 3 minutes early. Made it through customs no problems. In the car callum starts to tell me of the fight he had with Kaylah, nothing has change still in the middle of the two of them cursing and fight at each other. Welcome ...

My feet, after a month of tromping around Europe, looked hideous. My nail polish was at least half worn-off on my toes, and I had callouses and blisters. So a pedicure topped my list of priorities.
It was not easy to find the nail salon in the plaza that has IHop and Loews in it in Sugar Land. I had to call and get a few landmarks. Even then, I almost gave ...

... but still pretty cheap). We went for a walk around downtown and saw the Minute Maid baseball stadium, but other than that we were pretty unimpressed. Bored, we checked out theatre tickets but they were too expensive, so we went to the cinema to watch 'Her' with Joaquin Phoenix and Scarlett Johansson voiceover. It was better than I'd expected, Strange in parts, slow in other parts, but overall good and made you think.

Spent 45 minutes walking around looking ...
