      Hi everyone-

After 3.5yrs, with 2 in Gainesville and 1.5 in Rome, I FINALLY GRADUATED! All praise be to God. I am officially Dr. Jason A. Schipper with a Doctor of Education degree ...

We all gathered in the parking lot ready for our day of driving. The whole drive was boring and uneventful. The scenery was the same the whole time, big paddocks and a few trees here and there. It was such ...

... because of its short distance for the time of day. It’s safe to say we had no idea what an awesome “hike” we were in for. There were few cars in the lot when we pulled in and headed down the trail. The cold front hadn’t hit yet, so it was in the 60s and sunny. We walked along a concrete path which led to a boardwalk. Sandhill cranes were immediately visible, but the description on our map said alligators were present ...

43rd annual Tire Kingdom NHRA Gatornationals

A travel blog entry by larryg59 on Mar 11, 2012

So back in the day when I watched drag racing on t.v. and they would show the Gatornationals...I always thought that maybe I would like to go and see them, well here I am, and it was nothing I thought it would be like......I just about had enough of Gainesville, and ready to leave. So I guess maybe my experience here was not all that great......maybe my own fault.....because ...
