Bonnie also rode in honor of Jalyn White, a young college student who has been battling with Aplastic Anemia since she was in fourth grade. They are currently trying to find a matched stem cell donor that could save her life. Jalyn and her family have hosted several marrow drives for the Be The Match Registry in an effort to find a match for Jalyn and other patients in need of a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.

Well there is not much in College Station, except of course Texas A&M university. We were here to visit my life long friend Ben Landon. We went to freebirds to get the largest burrito Ive ever had. Besides that there is not much to do here unless you want to fry an egg on the pavement. This was a relaxing stop before we headed to our much anticipated destination - Carlsbad caverns.

... end of the tour we got a free tasting. We'd already tried vanilla, mango and southern blueberry cobbler elsewhere so I tried a Dutch Chocolate while Ben tried the mint choc chip. They were very nice. Very soft too. The recipes use high fructose corn syrup in their standard ice creams, but their "no sugar added" range doesn't, unfortunately it does use aspartame instead.
