    Today we headed to Boulder. Boulder is also located at the foothills of the Rockies. It is about 40 Kms from Denver. Boulder is considered to be a University city and is the home of the University of Colorado, the state's largest university. The university officially opened in 1877.

    ... universities I have ever seen. The surrounding areas of Boulder seemed to be a bit bland with the usual chain restaurants, but there is a city center where we spent a few hours. The city center has a pedestrian shopping street called Pearl Street.
