    Lunch was a bit of a letdown as before we left Texas, Vaughan was determined to enjoy a good ribeye, however instead of resting the meat the way us South Africans are used to, this steakhouse kept them on ice, and they just lacked a bit of flavour.

    ... and there must be a load of wealth in Dallas! The double story beautiful houses lined the roads. We checked out the JFK Memorial because that is where he was assassinated.
