It's sad to leave our buds in Indianapolis, but we had to start making our way West. Check in at the Hampton Inn at the Arch was quick and easy, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful and it was an absolute delight walking in the room, the view was fantastic, looking out on the Arch. ... had a wonderful day but then couldn't find a hotel, we ended up starting to drive to our next destination. We ended up pulling into a rest area at 1:30AM and slept for a bit. We flew-in to St. Louis airport at five minutes until midnight. The airport looked empty but the attendants told us there were two more planes scheduled to land later than us that night. Yikes!
