          ... mountains. Our first scenic stop was at Bell Rock just south of Sedona. It's a beautiful formation and according to New Age believers a portal to other dimensions. We didn't stop long enough to find out. Then on to Sedona where we took a 4x4 jeep tour of the Mogollon Rim, an escarpment of limestone and sandstone cliffs that runs across the state of Arizona. Jerome has a really interesting history - founded by mining company, who mined copper and other metals there until 1953.           ... when one 1968 corvette goes for $75,000 and the car after a 1967 corvette for only $60,000 – ok so when on Saturday a corvette goes for $375,000 and the next a year newer for only 200.000 – you actually think a car is cheap if it goes for only $80,000 (as long as I don’t have to pay for it)

          ... very well and he is still icing it regularly. We might try another golf game today to practice our chipping and pitching. Had a lesson on Wed so we are eager to try again. Mike is convinced he can beat the game intellectually. I figure it's all about the practice and getting the "feel" back for each of the shots.

          ... had a couple of other places I wanted to show him and did stop at the Worlds smallest museum in Superior but it took him only about 1 minute to check it out. On east we traveled and did make a stop just before the tunnel and walked down the hill and onto the old highway. This is about a half mile walk from parking to the tunnel and we enjoyed it. On through the tunnel and out the end and up to Hwy 60. This is the first time I have walked further than the tunnel. We walked ...
