Early morning swim before we headed out to Perk Eatery (from Diners, Drive in's & Dives) fab meal. On to the nail bar at Walmart for me to get new gel nails, kids to get sweets for friends and then Jon to purchase a kindle. Everyone's happy. A Starbucks stop for a Mocha frappachino then home to the condo.
We spent the afternoon in the pool (there was a pool party going on) in the sun before a Taco Bell dinner.

We reached Lake Pleasant, a recreational area north of Phoenix, about 5 pm, just in time to make the pad Thai to go with Barrie's green-curry chicken! The Kan-Aka-Bakes had circled the wagons down by the lakeside, saving us a spot to angle in and join them. photos should be good! Anyway, really peaceful at the top. No-one else around.
