Eric and I had the privilege to play the TPC Scottsdale Stadium Course. This is the course that has the famous #16 par 3 with all the bleachers around the length of the hole. More on that later. We were personally welcomed by the hotel manager, toured around the hotel highlights, which included a golf course with the 18th hole at the hotel lobby and outdoor bar, complete with big fire and outdoor heaters (welcomed because we are in the middle of the 4 coldest days in Phoenix since 1988!) with the sunset piped in by a bagpiper. ...
... dinner Monday evening with son Ben and soon-to-be daughter-in-law Ashley, then met son Josh and grandson Luke at the airport. Luke is 19 months old.
