Home wood Suites was amazing! It's right to a lake lined with Palm trees and they serve you meals! It has a nice pool and spa. The hotel is perfect for anyone at any age!

The Ranger had mentioned that the lake is pretty dried up because the city had to take the water. California are going through a major drought and the water supplies are terribly thin. But we get there, and yes you can tell the lake is a little dry, but it’s nothing compared to ...

Today our incredible trip has to come to an end. We hope you have enjoyed following our trip as much as we have enjoyed reliving it through the blog.

Pam had set a number of goals for this trip, and happily we can report she met or exceeded every one! She even fulfilled her own promise made 52 years ago to return to Florence with enough money to buy a pair of hand made leather shoes!

However her real goals were not material things, they were ...

Feel the pain to its fullest to allow the very human experience to take place, but to be absolutely alert to the lessons that I am desperate to learn hour upon hour, line upon line, from person to person. The goal now is to build ...

I wasn’t really expecting a great deal from this park, certainly not the adrenalin rush we had on the California Screaming ride. I had heard it was more for younger kids not big kids like us.

We started at point of interest number 1 on the park map and methodically worked our way round to whatever at the end. In hindsight ...

If any relationship develops into problems, one of the two or both may be transferred or dismissed. And ramifications can be severe; a crewmember can be sent home for creating disruption.
