Waking early to the praries at dawn as we approached Denver, it was rich in the morning light. We slept, if you can call it that, through Nebraska. Iowa and Illinois gave us enough taste of midwest America. Relentless cornfields and soybean. Now we are headed for ...

... 8217;s toilets had a line too ! It was chaos and held us up slightly but we pressed on towards Bear Lake where many people used to have their summer holiday homes.

    Onwards to Bear Lake …

We continued on after a half hour morning tea break. By now we were in Idaho and shortly after we entered the Carribou National Forest. We drove through a town called Montpelier which has a connection to Butch Cassidy where he and his gang robbed ...
