        Just arrived. Haven't really had a chance to check out town yet. Eating at Subway. Just finished walking more than 2 miles through the gorge. It is very beautiful and nice and cool.

For the most part I found their white wines to be their specialty, with the exception of the semi-dry Humboldt Red that I bought which was delicious.         We set off from New York a little after 9am after filling in the necessary paperwork and a quick introduction. Piled into a 15 seater bus and headed north to New York State. Pit stop at a Walmart to pick up a few supplies, Jesus I have never seen anything like it! It's massive! Stopped for lunch, bread and deli meat and fruit, at a nice state park set by a lake.
