... there, so we just looked as we passed. We ended our tour with a walk through Quincy Market and on the wharf. Our final stop for the day was Tia's where we had some great bloody Mary's, calamari and Dave had some oysters!! Another full day and we are tired. Home tomorrow but our flight is not until 3:30pm, so we do not have to get up early. Hopefully, our trip home goes as well as the rest of the trip. We will do our final entry for this trip when we get home. ...

We met our guide outside the Massachusetts State House and walked through Boston Common which dates from the 1634 and is the oldest public park in America. Other sites along the way were historic churches, ...

One last day in Boston. We have a few things to see and do before we head home tomorrow. We started with a 2 mile walk from our hotel through Boston Commons, along Boylston street to Fenway Park. Along the way we passed the finish line for the Boston Marathon which will be run in another week. They are making final preparations. We also passed a light post that is wrapped in knitted hearts marking the site of one of the bombs that was set off at last years marathon. There ...

... is at home so it's going to be crazy here which will be fun to be part of the atmosphere. I haven't got a clue about baseball, so now the chance to get into it and I'm sure Mark Sanders will be following it back in the UK. So come on you Red Sox!! We checked into the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, but they couldn't find our reservations. After a little time they eventually found it and upgraded us for the inconvience! We now have free breakfast and in room ...
