    ... Today I woke up and my legs were screaming at me. I was so sore I could barely get out of my tent. After two Advil and a pep talk I was back on the trail. I had only walked a mile when I received my first Trail Magic! A guy named Fresh Grounds set up a tarp and was cooking everyone breakfast.
