... all were impressed though that at the bottom of this grassy area (I’ll refrain from calling it the lawn) was a massive water fountain with some large statues. I think we all imagined the fun that the Streakers of UVA would have if there were a fountain surrounding the statue of Homer. Imagine if you had to swim 3 laps around rather than just walk around. Once we had a good look around it was early afternoon, around 4pm, we had made arrangements with my friends to meet up at 10pm after they have left the concert they were seeing. Bobbie and I caught the bus back to the hotel to get freshened up and shower before heading into East 6th street for dinner and drinks with the guys later that night. It was about 6.30 when we got a bus back to downtown and 7pm by the time we got onto ...

6th St in Austin is the place to go. Pubs Clubs and the Museum of the Wierd.
We did have fun in the evening. Too stuffed to go far so we went to the TexMex restaurant next door. Dale Watson was playing and we had a great time. Good entertainer and coming to Melbourne in November/December.
We were the last to leave. kicked out again.
