At Toulouse we stayed in a hotel called Privilege. It is a pretty small room for four people so it's a bit messy. At the castle of carcassone in carcassone we bought a bag of lollies with: marshmallows, sour straps,gummy frogs and bears,chewing gum and red liquorice! TASTY.
We still haven't eaten all of the lollies though.
Saturday dawned clear and bright. As we were packing up to leave we heard the golden oriole again - but still no sign of him.

... way north to the Marche des Carmes where we stopped for coffees at a cafe and pastries at the impressive market there. The real selling point of the market here is the meat and fish vendors. There are many, with impressive variety, and business was good. It seems like the whole city is out in the streets this morning.

... and people watching We had tried to buy some tiny t-shirts with 'I love (heart) Albi on them, but the city is obviously too posh to sell tourist tat like that!
Back at the campsite it was still very hot and of course the inevitable happened - the sky darkened and we ended the day with a downpour!
... the bottom of their garden. The only downside is that our dogs are too rowdy. They bark, and Amos lies down on a flower bed. We do a little house hunting while in the area, just to see what can be bought for the money we would spend. I'm quite confident that when the time comes, we will find something lovely.
