So I thought I would begin a blog... I'm not sure why, considering I'm not much of a writer or photographer but I thought it might be a way to let you all know what's going on in my life. I plan to create a hand-written travel journal, so this will probably just include pictures from my adventures and short blurbs although we'll have to see what happens :)

      ... Mark.

Greenville is more of less the capital of South Carolina Upcountry, the part of state nearest mountains. It’s always impressed me as especially straight-laced and conservative area, although Anne tells me significant streak of more modern thinking does exist in some in-town neighborhoods. The Greenville County Museum of Art is quite small with displays of works by South Carolinian William Johnson and a substantial amount of Andrew ...

Didn't get a chance to upload an entry yesterday. It's really Tuesday as I write this.

We left Knoxville in the morning and drove to Greenville, South Carolina. Had a nice visit with Gloria and Dennis. Betty's sister and her son. Both were very gracious and friendly. It was a nice visit, but we forgot to take pictures. We're still kicking ourselves over that.

      The drive from ...

      Hey everyone,

I wanted to try out this new blog that Sunnie and I put together. I hope you don't mind, but we thought you would like to keep up with us as we travel over the next 30 days.

You may wonder, where is their first stop? It's no other place than the Motor City! That's right. We are stopping in my old stomping ground in Detroit City. ...but only for three hours.

Then off to LA. Sunnie's cousin was so nice to ...

We're back home in Greenville, safe and sound. We left Paris CDG at 11:10 a.m. (5:10 Greenville time) and had a nice smooth flight into Charlotte, arriving 10 minutes early at 2:10 p.m. After collecting our baggage and clearing customs we were on I-85 south to Greenville by 3:15 and were back home at 4:30.
      We've covered a lot ...
