... 8230;I don’t care as I am taking a day off tomorrow but poor Sam has to be up early to make the first hotel shuttle!

It’s Monday now & I am soooo relaxed that I am about to have a nanna nap…I have had a delicious pedicure, long hot shower, ran a treatment through my hair, got all our washing done & popped up to the shop for a few more supplies. This is a lovely lovely day & I am going to make the most of my ‘me’ time!

The only way to get closer would be by hiking for 2 hours and we didn't really have time (and we have done enough hiking for a while by our standards)! ... to find the start of the trail, then came upon a very friendly police man who told us one way to get up to the sign - not quite the sandy hike we had anticipated but a steep winding road nevertheless. After half an hour we reached the closest point anyone can get to the sign. We took lots of photos and took in the breathtaking views before heading back to Hollywood boulevard. The bus failed us and we ended up walking for about an hour (I haven't had much success with buses so ...

... of what the USA is. Coming from Australia where we hardly ever tip is pretty annoying but it's sad to think that most jobs here get paid near to nothing and they have to rely on the tips of customers!) We finished our juice and went back to our hotel to pick up our rental car and then went to a delicious Mexican restaurant called Chipotle! By this time I was extremely exhausted from the flight over and the ...
