On Sunday, April 27, we returned to Mr. Grouper's for our specially prepared meal of Haitian Griot - fried pork with plantains and spicy coleslaw. This was a special dinner that Isabelle had requested. We started with some conch salad and conch fritters. After the wonderful Griot, we finished dinner with mango cheesecake and rumcake. The rumcake was extremely potent.
