... later he brought his granddaughter. Then 5 minutes later they came back but realised we were putting the awning up so left us to it! After set up, we wandered into town. On the way, we had fun working out where to walk as the bike paths are very much for bikes and we had to get out of the way a few times. We then realised we'd set off at school home time and we passed a school where hundreds of kids were cycling out of the school entrance in groups of 20 or so with adult chaperones. ...

... that we have been to before so we are further up near the station which is not a bad thing as Simon and Eileen (John’s sister) arrive on Thursday, and in doing so we are closer to the city centre. The travelling had been longer than we had expected so we were glad to find a place to moor up safely in rain and strong gusty winds. We have water and elect for €14.05 for 3 days - excellent.

... So now we have to find the track again. The route had just taken us over a big bridge, and we weren't keen to climb back over, so we chose to go to the town centre and try to pick up the route, also find a hotel as it was getting late.
