We were up by 9am after a bit of a lie in then Simon, Eileen and John went into the town to the shops only to find most were still closed until 12 or Tuesday. They bought some bread and returned to ST very disappointed. We had forgotten this routine in Holland.

... canal tour in Amsterdam, the tour guide (actually a recorded audio track in English) talked about these river barges being an excellent place to hone your Bingo skills and drink to your heart's content. From the look of the folks, l I think the tour guide/audio track might have been fairly accurate.
