          ... to be the biggest adventure and opportunity for growth that I have encountered yet. My only apprehension is that I won't be in Baroda (or is it Vadodara?) until April. While I'm excited to spend 3 weeks travelling Europe in March, I envy Nick and Mike for the fact that they will be immersed in India so much sooner than I. Mentally, I've been preparing to take that leap for months and I'm just ready to jump in now.
