A travel blog entry by jennifer63 on Aug 11, 2014

Great to get back on the bike today, er um for about 10 minutes. The temperature rose to 42.5 in no time and our Rukka textiles are not suited to this, we were literally baking inside our gear. Reluctantly but necessary, I took off my jacket and rode in a t-shirt for the first time ever, it was bliss but sooooo unsafe. A waterfall spouting ...

... proto-type boat called "M". Knowing how much Kyle loved unusual, big boats, I took a couple of photos for him. Enjoy, Kyle. By lunchtime, it was still very hot, but our anchorage at 13-fathom cover, brought many "goat chasing" memories back, on the hike over the top, and down the other side to a bar run by a friend of Jacques', when Rick an I were with first Priscilla and David, then Craig and Evelyn. Today, however it was too hot an too early to hike, so we ...

... in worse. No it's lovely here surrounded by mountains and what a complex. 3 pools a gym and loads of greenery. Well last night the vodka was flowing and we had a great laugh with the Turkish Barmen. Loved the food in the restaurant. I finally retreaded to bed midnight Turkish time as we are 2 hours ahead here. Well that's my update for yesterday I will post later and tell u the antics of ...
