    ... down. After about 10 minutes, I had talked myself out of being in a state of terror and it was time to look down. I had my mask and snorkel on/in, but it took me another 10 minutes to pluck up the balls to put my head under. When I did, and I know this is stupid, I couldn't get my head around not holding my breath.     ... the ring which I really enjoyed!!! Then strengthening and conditioning!!! Totally knackered after a hard 2hr session but felt amazing afterwards and it only cost £8 so I'm doing it all over again 2moro. Headed out for some lunch then back to the pool to chill but weather was crazy hot!!!! Had a lovely dinner in the diamond cottage resort, then headed home to bed!!! Looking forward to our next training session ...
